What size tent do I need?

You need to determine the number of guests for your event and then check the space requirements guideline. There are other variables involved simply call us and we can let you know what size you will need.

Who sets up the tents?

All tents are set up and taken down by our professional staff including the owner. For weekend events we usually setup Thursday or Friday morning and take down Sunday or Monday.

How are the tents anchored?

The tents have to be well anchored to protect against the wind. We use steel pegs that are 24” long, and need to be driven all the way into the ground. Grass, gravel and pavement are all suitable surfaces. Bed rock does create a problem though. We will ask at time of renting what type of surface you have.

How do I reserve a tent?

Simply call our phone number and we will determine your needs and send you a contract. It will outline all of your rental items along with the price. You return the signed contract to us along with a deposit and this will reserve the items for you.
